PM Exercise Physiology & Rehabilitation offer both one on one and group therapy sessions for Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy.

 

We are proud to be offering specialised group exercise programs that are more focused to specific client goals and conditions. Find a group program that is right for you below.

Women's Oncology Exercise Group

Our group exercise program designed for women who have been affected by cancer, during and/or after treatment. We provide a safe and supportive environment for women to rebuild strength, improve fitness, and mangae side effects through supervised exercise/

Men's Oncology Exercise Group

Our group exercise program designed for men who have been diagnosed with cancer. We provide a safe and supportive environment for men to rebuild strength, improve fitness, and manage side effects through supervised exercise.

Active Ageing Hydrotherapy

Our Hydrotherapy group is a small group class for older adults. Classes are facilitaed in heated pooling with disability access. They are focused on building strength, fitness, balance and the maintenance of bone density.

Veterans Wellness Programs

We offer 3 group session times per week for DVA card holders to attend and work through their individualised exercise programs alongside one another.

DVA will pay for clinically justified treatmentGold cardholders for all clinically necessary exercise physiology treatment. White cardholders for clinically necessary treatment for an accepted disability

Our DVA community has grown outside of the clinic, and group members also meet by the river every Wednesday for a walk and coffee. 

Teen / Young Adults Group Exercise

Partnered with 'Murray Darling Supports' we offer a group exercise session for teens and young adults. This is structured by an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Allied Health Assistant

C Beyond Cancer

Proudly funded by Sunraysia Cancer Resources. A new 10 week community exercise and support program for people affected by breast cancer, no matter where they are at in their journey. 

Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapy services are focused on helping you recover from injury, reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities you enjoy. We provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, muscle and joint pain, back and neck pain, post-operative rehabilitation, workplace injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We utilise a combination of hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, education, and techniques such as superficial dry needling to assist with pain relief and improved function. Whether you're an athlete looking to return to sport or simply wanting to move with greater confidence and comfort, our team will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals.

NDIS EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY & PHYSIOTHERAPY

Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy are able to be claimed through the NDIS under the 'Capacity Building' and 'Core' budget – designed to help individuals develop their skills, independence, and social participation.

Medicare: Chronic Disease Management (CDM); Type II Diabetes Exercise Group Class; Aboriginal & Torres Straight Islander Health 

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA): we can provide clinically necessary rehabilitative treatment for DVA entitled clients (Gold and White cardholders with a chronic condition) on referral from a GP

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS): Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy services can be funded by your NDIS package.
